  3. Hi Amy. I just listened in for a few minutes. It is really nice to know you a little better now. I am not much of a chrocheter and I am notoriously short of time but I'll try to listen now and then. I think you have a very pleasing podcasting voice. Maybe you would like to read a book to me one day? I know how difficult it is to record video and audio as I am doing quite a bit for work. I just finished a how-to prepare proteins for proteomic analysis if you are really bored, I can send you the link. Just joking :-) I am wishing you all the best with this new adventure. Christina x

Having my coffee and enjoying the bright sunny morning here..listening to your very pleasant voice!!
Love the shawls. The one behind you hanging up looks like it took a lot of yarn but would be so warm!

  12. Amy, you are amazingly talented! Your shawls are beautiful and your needlepoint is so lovely. :) My grandmother crocheted an afghan for me and I also have one of her shawls that she made for herself years before I was even born. Her mother was a seamstress and would hand sew these amazing wedding gowns and also crocheted lovely bedspreads, one of which I inherited. I also have a needlepoint that my grandmother was making for me as a wedding gift, but she sadly died before it was finished. My grandfather's new wife, who was friends with my grandmother, had another friend finish it for our wedding present. It hangs in my living room in a frame that my father-in-law made for it. :)

  14. I can't confess to listening all the way through Amy, mostly because I am already quite an experienced crocheter. But you have a lovely manner and voice, both of which come through beautifully in your videos.

  15. Such beautiful work Amy! I love those shawls - and that green one will be so pretty with your hair - which I didn't realize has so much red in it. LOVE that!! Lol ;) And I'm still just beyond impressed with that tapestry. Great work Lady.
    Blessings. xxoxo

  16. Hi Amy please forgive me - I'm very behind with keeping up with blog visiting. Congrats on your latest developments with your podcast. Nice to hear an English accent. It is nice to put your face and voice together with your name. How long did it take you to learn the technicalities of You Tubing? I'm interested to know how much time it takes to prepare your podcasts and also to write your patterns? I have a number of patterns to formally publish but it's difficult to find enough time. How do you find the time to do so many things at once? You must be super organised! Good luck with all of your ventures. :-)
