It seems that I am flat out of things to write about. Oh no!!!
Don't worry, I am sure that the words will soon flow again, it is just slim pickings right now.
Here are five reasons why (she says as she scrapes the bottom of the very bottom barrel) :-
I am still distracted by the incident with Man even though nothing further has happened.
I haven't crocheted anything for myself lately, it has all been "work" related.
When I am doing things for myself it is my tapestry and showing you progress on that isn't very exciting - although it is coming along well and I will show it when it is finished.
I would talk about my book, but it isn't very exciting and I am not sure why I am continuing with it. I should just toss it in the charity bag really.
Worst of all I don't even have a fifth reason!
Sorry about this dismal post and the dismalness of everything this week. I will buck my ideas up and come springing back very soon I am sure. After all spring surely has to arrive at some point doesn't it? I need to be outside and seeing to the garden but it is still too darned cold.
For now I will shut up and leave you in peace! I hope that you will still share some exciting things, I will look forward to reading them.
Hope you have a good weekend and that all is well with you!!
p.s. my bloggy pal Anne from Frayed at the Edge and I are trying to use my new word squibbly lots so that we can get it into common usage and then into the dictionary. So that you too can use it Squibbly means when your eyes go all cross eyed and get confused when you are trying to work out how many hexies you need for your hexi quilt and the chart you are using is making you count wrongly!! Do try and use it. Unless the explanation made you go squibbly too of course. Anne is also working on the word sconnage. This is much easier to explain. It is your favourite scone of the day. You might find it easier to use sconnage. It is also easier to eat them too!!
Thank you - as always! - for joining in and for going to read others posts.
