Flowers are always a wonderful thing aren't they! At the moment we have daffodils - rather early! - and snowdrops out in the garden which are all looking beautiful. There is even an odd anemone. Do you want to have a look?
Above is the lone anemone. I was thinking about running out and rescuing it this morning as we are facing another named storm today - Imogen? - but I expect that it will do better outside than indoors.
There are masses of snowdrops this year. I adore them!!!
In fact I don't think that you can ever have too many snowdrops!!
Or too many daffs!!
These pictures were all taken last week, and I had intended to share them before, but didn't get to it somehow! Things are rather busy right now.
Do you want to see what Hubby has been up to? He is doing some tiling for our current decorating project. This is a work in progress! These are ceramic floor tiles that look like wood planks. The area where they are gets a lot of traffic and wet and muddy feet so it needs a good floor that can be washed down and not bothered by the wet so the tiles are much better here than wood flooring would be.
If you can crochet, or even if you can't, please stop by Jill's blog Emerald Cottage. She is doing some fundraising for her London Marathon run which she is doing to support the National Autistic Society. Jill is seeking donations of crocheted squares for a banner she needs to make. I have made some which I will be sending today (forgot to photograph them before I sealed the envelope). Any support will be gratefully received.
Hope that you all have a good week and that you had a good weekend!
